When contacting our Customer Service Center for support, please have the following information available:

Support Information for lights
All current GE lights have plug markings.

They are located on the bladed plug. The markings are located on the opposite side of the fuse holder. The marking is physically located on the actual plug. It will have the GE logo on it. It will also have two letters and two numbers below the logo. We must have the plug markings information to assist you, (example - HC 08) as well as the information below:
LED C7 Plug

  • UPC Bar Code on retail packaging
  • What color(s) are the light bulbs in the set?
  • Brand name of lights
  • How many bulbs are on the set?
  • How long the set has been in use?
  • Where the set was purchased?
  • How many sets are hooked together?
  • What troubleshooting have you already attempted?

Please include the following information in your support request:
  • Tree Name - example (Noble, Monterey, Natural Fir etc...)
  • Tree Height
  • Tree Model/Style Number
  • UPC Bar Code on retail packaging
  • Year Tree was purchased
  • What is the color of the bulbs on the tree?
  • Any brand name on the box - example (Kirkland signature)
  • Which Row is not lighting properly?
  • What troubleshooting you have already attempted?
